It is discourteous of you to comment on someone else’s posting when Narker has already commented on it.

Thank you GAZBRYN, typical ignorant action of a Welsh speaker, to change to it during a conversation with non speakers, to converse with speakers. You never learn do you, you give all Welsh people a bad name whenever you do it.

GWENNWYS; You already have equal rights to use your language, it is the zealot Welsh speakers, who are pushing more and more against the use of English. This is the point I make, how far are they to be allowed to go.One language has to be dominant unfortunately, if that is ever Welsh then this land has problems in the real world.

Gazbryn: I’m a Welsh-speaker and a member of Cymdeithas yr Iaith, but on an English-language site and an English-medium comments discussion I consider it rude to suddenly start commenting in Welsh. Believe me, you are doing the rest of us no favours, as you are reinforcing a stereotype.

Narker: We do *not* have equal rights to use our language. The acid-test of that would be if it were possible for us to conduct our lives without having to use English if we so choose, which is currently impossible. Equal rights for Welsh speakers are available only in a limited range of areas. It can be hard to see for someone who only speaks English, as everything is available for you in your own language so it’s easy to assume that it’s the case for Welsh-speakers too.
